Maintenance Worker

Les Jardins Logidor, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Ste-Foy, is looking for someone to fill a full-time maintenance worker position. No CCQ cards required. Candidates must be versatile and able to perform necessary tasks such as painting, plastering, etc.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: Starting at $22.81

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other related tasks
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Change light bulbs in the common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
