In a context of growth, ACCEO is creating a new Prospecting Specialist position to actively support business development and fuel the sales team with qualified opportunities.

Your role

As a Prospecting Specialist, your main mission will be to generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales representatives.

You will work in a B2B environment with a high volume of outbound calls (cold calls), supported by email outreach and modern prospecting tools.

Your work directly fuels the sales pipeline and contributes concretely to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to identify new potential clients
  • Spark interest and curiosity among decision-makers
  • Qualify needs and generate high-quality leads
  • Follow up with prospects by email
  • Accurately document activities in the sales CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a strong pipeline
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting strategies

Profile sought

  • Motivated junior profile or experienced senior profile (both are welcome)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perseverance, curiosity, and a strong results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and a CRM
  • Ability to handle a high call volume
English required: advanced level (minimum 8/10)

Frequent communications with prospects across Canada and the United States.

Assets

  • Experience in B2B prospecting or inside sales
  • Experience with modern prospecting tools
  • Strong interest in business development
