Customs and Border Protection Officer
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in law enforcement? As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with an elite team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to protecting America's borders.

You will be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, working together to safeguard our nation's security and economic prosperity. As a CBPO, your duties may include:
  • Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity.
  • Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances.
  • Determining admissibility for entry into the United States;
  • Preventing illegal entry of prohibited goods.
You will be asked to provide your preference for one of several duty locations across the United States.
