Protect America's Borders and Ensure National Security
About the Job- This is a critical role in safeguarding our nation's borders, enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to make sound judgments, and work effectively as part of a team. They must also be physically fit to perform various duties such as inspections of people, documents or goods for criminal activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- ‣ Enforcement of Customs Laws: Inspect cargo
‣ Immigration Law Enforcement: Determine admissibility of individuals into the US
‣ Agriculture Inspection:
Inspect agricultural products entering the country for any signs
of pests diseases
› Conduct thorough inspections on all types , documents individuals/conveyances crossing land sea ports,
gathering facts about potential violations.
Make informed decisions using evidence based information,CBP laws & regulations.
