Our Expectations: The Business Account Manager represents the company to its entrepreneurial clientele and is dedicated to business development and customer retention. Working closely with the external sales team, they actively prospect to identify new clients and opportunities. Their role is to ensure that each client receives exemplary customer service. They are also responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting their team to achieve the company's individual and collective objectives.

Your role:

Develop and maintain business relationships with entrepreneurial clients by providing exceptional customer service and effectively addressing their needs.

Collaborate with other departments and external partners to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Analyze sales performance within the department to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure that merchandising in the department adheres to company guidelines.

Stay informed about current trends and competitors.

Oversee the replenishment process for products within the department.

Effectively manage staff performance by providing constructive feedback and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure exceptional customer service and optimal performance within the department.

Ensure that Pro call targets and guidelines for Pro services are met.

Monitor progress toward achieving departmental goals and objectives using key performance indicators.

Guide and support the team to foster behaviors that enhance the customer experience.

Participate in the training of department associates

What we're looking for:
  • Experience in customer relationship management;

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills;

  • Ability to motivate a team;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate effectively;

  • Product knowledge (an asset).
