- A minimum of three years' experience working in law enforcement or related field will also be beneficial for this position.
The Customs and Border Protection Officer plays a critical part in protecting America by upholding immigration laws.
The job consists of various duties such as inspecting people & cargo under U.S. Customs regulation guidelines , interviewing potential travelers & referring suspected cases for deportation/ prosecution where applicable i.e diversion behavior/substance use psychological evaluation results etc., preventing criminal activity fraud/sanctions on international exchange programs among others ensuring full compliance while keeping accurate records throughout operations without any issues whatsoever every day whether routine task or unexpected incidents occur!
