About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing customs regulations, facilitating the movement of people and goods across international borders, and preventing smuggling activities. A high level of professionalism is required in this role due to its significant impact on national security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as law enforcement, criminology or international relations; OR relevant work experience that demonstrates similar competencies;
The incumbent must possess strong analytical skills to identify potential breaches of customs laws. They should also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
