About the Role:
We are seeking highly trained professionals to join our team as Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBPO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity.
This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for promotions once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.
Duties:
- Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations ,
- Facilitate legitimate trade and travel ,
- Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances ,
- Determine admissibility for entry into the United States ,
