Your role with us:
The Payables Accountant is responsible to perform full-cycle accounts payable processes, accurately entering invoices, and processing and monitoring payments and expenditures in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
You will bring to the role:
Minimum 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Post-secondary education in Accounting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of AP processes, month-end close, and reporting.
Experience processing EFT payments.
Experience managing a visa/credit card program.
Experience using an ERP system with strong Microsoft Office Excel, and Word skills.
Excellent communication, customer service and teambuilding skills.
