This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with an elite team of highly trained professionals in Customs and Border Protection (CBP). As a CBP Field Operations Officer, you will be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, protecting American interests and securing our nation.
You will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. This includes facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel, conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances, determining the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States, preventing illegal entries into the country by people or goods.
The position also requires interacting with various stakeholders such as airport staff members government agencies U.S., foreign nationals business owners etc.. To perform duties effectively candidates must have strong communication skills problem-solving abilities adaptability resilience under pressure.
