As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders and deterring illicit activity.

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws


• Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near the borders


• Interpreting physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband

You will work in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions. You may also have to work in an office setting for administrative tasks. The job requires traveling extensively within assigned areas, often on foot or by vehicle. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required as training is provided.
