Job description: TANlock, a dormakaba Group company, is a dynamically growing technology company that has been developing intelligent, high-security access solutions for data centers and other critical infrastructure since 2018.
At its Georgensgmnd location near Nuremberg, a dedicated team is working to make server and control cabinets, worldwide, more secure
with modern electromechanical rack locks, versatile authentication modules, and smart IP readers.

TANlock is currently looking for a
Head Of Sales
to be based in either the UK or Germany.
A job that counts: Your responsibilities
The Head of Sales will develop and grow the companys international team of sales professionals within different global markets such as EMEA, APAC and whist also forging ahead with key relationships in various industries who could utilise the TANlock product portfolio.
The Head of Sales will structure and accept overall responsibility for national and international sales strategy taking responsibility for revenue, budget, and forecasting, as well as reporting to senior management.
But this is not just a sit behind the desk role
We are looking for an agile individual who can provide professional and disciplinary leadership of an international team providing pipeline management and success rate tracking to achieve reliable forecasts and identify potential for target achievement. This includes negotiation of global contracts, framework agreements, and price agreements.
Lastly, we need someone who can represent the company at global trade fairs, events, and conferences whilst developing and expanding global markets in the critical infrastructure sector, particularly data centers.
Experience that counts: Your skills A proven strategic thinker and leader who can identify market opportunities and be able to develop strategies and collaborate with your team to capitalize on these opportunities.
Competency in the management of change for the continuous development of your team
Strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and assertiveness with a customer and sales focus
Proven, long-term sales success and a track record in winning major accounts
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
Experience in building and developing sales teams
Willingness to travel globally
Fluent English
