Accounts Payable Coordinator – Remote within Canada 

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Entering data and processing vendor payments
  • Reviewing general ledger to ensure coding is correct on invoices
  • Digitizing invoices into Accounts Payable system
  • Processing payments to vendors in a timely manner

The Value You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year accounts payable experience 
  • Knowledge of Business Central or other accounting software is an asset
  • Demonstrated understanding and adherence to strict confidentiality and privacy of information policies
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Communication skills both written and verbal

  • Hours/Duration: 37.5 hours per week – 1 Year Contract
  • Location: Remote within Canada

  • Compensation Range: $45,000 - $47,000
