Role Description
This is an internship role for a Front End Intern at GenPark based in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role offers a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The intern will collaborate with the development team to design, build, and test user-friendly, interactive web interfaces. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, optimizing web performance, debugging issues, and supporting the development team in implementing responsive design principles. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in creating seamless user experiences for cutting-edge AI-powered digital solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, , or Angular is preferred.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic understanding of version control tools like Git or GitHub.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Interest in user experience (UX) and design principles is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
