Role Description
Crisper is growing and we're looking for a committed and energetic Marketing Manager
who is excited to grow a purpose-driven brand and help us build the future of sustainable
food delivery.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing Crisper's marketing
strategy to drive subscriber growth, retention, and brand awareness. This is a hands-on
role ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup
environment and is passionate about sustainability and plant-based living.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to execute our
direct-to-consumer marketing efforts across digital channels, partnerships, and community
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to grow subscriptions and revenue
Lead brand storytelling through creation of all content (both written and visual assets) across social media, newsletters, and owned channels
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email marketing, and website content
Manage referral programs, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives
Coordinate PR opportunities and brand partnerships with like-minded local businesses
Explore event marketing, including farmers' markets and community activations
Evaluate content performance, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates), and use insights to inform ongoing optimizations
Collaborate cross-functionally with founder and operations to align marketing with customer experience
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles (DTC, food, or sustainability sectors preferred)
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience managing digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns
Experience with platforms for digital marketing and content creation (Canva, Klaviyo, Typeform, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with with experience analyzing marketing performance
Passion for sustainability, ethical consumerism, and/or plant-based food
Self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing startup environment
