Core responsibilities
Define and standardize KPIs and reporting requirements with business/process owners, ensuring reports align to strategic goals and compliance needs.
Lead a reporting/analytics team: allocate work, review output quality, set standards, and coach analysts on best practices and tools.
Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that surface process performance, bottlenecks, and SLA adherence for leadership.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by monitoring data quality, reconciling sources, and managing changes to data definitions and report logic.
Partner with operations, finance, and IT to translate business questions into reporting solutions and drive continuous process improvement using insights.
Typical skills and tools
10+ yrs of Strong SQL/BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) plus ability to model processes and metrics clearly for non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with process analysis/optimization (Lean, BPM) and comfort working with cross‑functional teams to change workflows based on data.
