Real Estate Marketing & Brokerage Support
Salary: Negotiable
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented **Office / Operations Administrator** to support daily office operations, project coordination, and internal systems within a fast-paced real estate marketing and brokerage environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-comfortable, and able to manage administrative workflows accurately while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

### Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office
• Manage PDF files (editing, merging, formatting)
• Operate and manage a commercial multifunction printer (printing, scanning, copying, basic troubleshooting)
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with advertising and marketing-related tasks
• Support internal communication and online meetings
• Set up and manage systems including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Assist with basic website or content updates (WordPress)
• Track tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain records
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support general office and operations functions as required

### Required Skills & Qualifications
**Technical & Operational Skills:**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Paint or similar basic image tools
• Strong PDF handling skills (Foxit preferred; Adobe Acrobat acceptable)
• Ability to operate commercial/multifunction office printers
• Comfortable setting up and managing:
* Google Workspace
* Dropbox
* Microsoft Teams
* Zoom
• Basic internet and computer literacy
• Familiarity with WordPress (content updates or simple edits)

### Assets (Not Required, but Considered an Advantage)
• Real estate trading license
• Experience in advertising or marketing coordination
• Experience using CRM systems
• Project management certification or related training
• Basic accounting knowledge or coursework
• Experience in real estate, property management, or professional services

### Work Schedule & Environment
• In-office position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Professional office environment with collaborative workflow
