Brilliant Harvest is a fast-growing agtech startup that is redefining how equipment dealerships support their staff and customers. Purpose-built for the ag and construction industries, Brilliant Harvest's AI-powered platform helps dealership teams find answers faster, save time, reduce downtime, and improve customer service.
Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by curiosity. We move quickly, learn constantly, and celebrate progress over perfection.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex industrial data—including OEM manuals, schematics, inventory and ERP integrations—and actionable intelligence for Dealer Leadership, Technicians, and Farmers. This role sits at the intersection of data strategy and industrial application, driving the adoption of modern platforms that deliver measurable business value. You will balance strategic foresight with executional rigor to identify emerging opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-accuracy products that increase dealer wrench time, improve customer outcomes, and scale with the needs of the heavy equipment industry.
What You'll Do:
Product Requirements & Specs: Translate complex dealer workflows (Diagnostics, Parts Lookup, Work Order history) into detailed technical requirements which will translate to customer value
Data Integrity & Accuracy: Oversee the operational ingestion of OEM technical manuals, parts catalogs and schematics. Define the benchmarks for "Ground Truth" to ensure AI outputs are 100% compliant with manufacturer standards and are accurate
ERP & System Integration: Lead the implementation for integrating with dealership management systems (DMS/ERP) to pull real-time data on Repair Orders (ROs) and inventory availability
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify "friction points" in current product and prioritize features that increase efficiencies
What You Bring:
5+ years in Technical Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on driving products from strategy through adoption
Strong knowledge and experience in Agriculture and/or Heavy Equipment Industry
Cloud based agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, AHA or similar
Familiarity with cloud based data platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and manage lifecycle
Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and measurable user value
Proven track record in Agile methodologies (Scrum), backlog management and sprint planning
Excellent communication, alignment and influence skills across all levels of the organization
Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills; ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision
Curiosity, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AI; no-code tools or at a minimum AI curious
Preferred Education & Experience:
Cloud based data platforms such as Firebase, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, dbt or similar
ETL process and workflows involving SQL, MuleSoft, APIs, batch/real-time flows, etc
Familiarity with data modelling and analytics
BI Tools and data visualization best practices: Power BI, dashboard design, KPI frameworks
Startup or SMB experience
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable discussing API documentation, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and data schema mapping
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the heavy equipment lifecycle, dealership operations, and aftermarket sales
Analytical Mindset: You make decisions based on shop floor metrics—absorption rates, deflection counts, and technician efficiencies
Communication: Ability to explain AI logic to a farmer while also holding your own in a deep-dive sprint planning session with engineers
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Working Conditions:
Remote work environment, with minimal travel required to dealerships sites or conferences
Regular interaction with customers, including some on-site but mainly virtual engagements
Why Join Brilliant Harvest?
Join a proven team led by serial entrepreneur, Remi Schmaltz that has successfully exited 2 previous agriculture companies
The opportunity to contribute to an innovative product team shaping the future of AI used in the large equipment space
A collaborative culture that values growth, learning, and impact
Competitive compensation, stock options and benefits
