Our Vancouver, BC practice is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week, five days per week).
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. We are looking for someone who helps patients feel at ease, communicates clearly with patients and colleagues, and works independently when needed. Our established, busy practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an iTero scanner with Niri Technology, CBCT, and digital x-rays. Mentorship and clinical support are available, including for new graduates, along with opportunities for professional growth and potential equity partnership.
Compensation is fee-for-service, ranging from 40%–45% of collections, depending on experience.
Applicants must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have successfully completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals. Candidates registered in other Canadian provinces are welcome.
