- Conducting inspections;
- Determining admissibility for entry into the United States;

Detaining suspected violators of federal state or local laws ;
(i) Enforcing regulations relating to importing exporting international shipping; (ii) Utilizing intelligence techniques behavior analysis identify potential threats perform risk assessments violations national security. In addition you must have either education or combination both:
a Master’s degree from accredited college university OR two more years progressively higher level graduate education leading such degree LL.B J.D.
