We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customs Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the lives of people and contribute to the safety and security of our nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
- Conducting inspections of individuals, conveyances, cargo/bags/merchandise while making determinations that may lead to arrests or seizures.
Duty Locations
Candidates can choose from various mission-critical locations across the United States including cities in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan Minnesota Montana New York North Dakota Vermont Washington.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Requirement: Candidates must have earned their bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
The minimum requirement is three (3) years general work experience demonstrating ability meet with people communicate effectively learn apply facts rules knowledge acquired throughout education training career
