About the Role
The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Customs and Border Protection Officer. This role requires strong law enforcement skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for serving in a challenging environment.

The CBP is responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws at U.S. ports of entry. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be part of this critical team that safeguards America's borders.


Skills & Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level
  • Experience detaining suspected violators of federal or state laws/arresting using proper methods.
  • Enforcing import/export regulations/international shipping into/from US.

      • You can also substitute education with an advanced degree or two years graduate-level study.
