This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience. As a border protection specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding the country's borders by detecting and preventing illegal activities.

• Detecting suspicious individuals or groups attempting to cross the border
• Pursuing apprehensions at or near ports of entry

Besides these duties, you may also perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor such as enforcing customs regulations, conducting surveillance operations or participating in inter-agency task forces to prevent transnational crime.
