  • Job Summary:
Federal law enforcement officers are responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws at U.S. ports of entry. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders.
  • To enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws as prescribed by statute or regulation on all international travelers crossing U.S. border(s) into or through any designated port-of-entry (poE). This includes reviewing documentation such as passports,
    identification cards,baggage manifests etc,
  • to facilitate legitimate trade flow while preventing fraud related commercial smuggling attempts
