About the Job
This is a career ladder position with grade level progression from GS-5 to GS-12. You will be eligible for promotions based on performance and availability of positions within your desired location.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations through inspections of individuals and conveyances.
- Conduct interviews in a law enforcement capacity for gathering information about suspected violators.
- Utilize intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
- Prevent illegal entry of individuals or prohibited goods into the United States.
