Overview
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with proven Shopify Plus delivery experience to drive execution across complex e-commerce initiatives.
This is not a general IT PM role.
We need someone who has led real Shopify Plus implementations, understands storefront architecture, integrations, and launch coordination, and can operate confidently across multiple delivery teams.
You will partner with two existing project teams and their PMs, serving as the central coordination lead to ensure timelines, dependencies, and execution stay aligned.
This is a hands-on execution role. No direct reports. No people management. Pure delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day execution of Shopify Plus initiatives from discovery through launch
* Coordinate across two parallel delivery teams (design, development, QA, vendors)
* Align timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across workstreams
* Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and milestone tracking
* Identify risks, blockers, and integration gaps early and drive resolution
* Support launch readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization
* Track budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
* Provide clear, structured status updates to business and technical stakeholders
Required Experience
* 6+ years of project management experience in digital, e-commerce, or platform delivery
* Direct experience managing Shopify Plus implementations (not just Shopify store maintenance)
* Experience coordinating storefront builds, re-platforms, or major feature enhancements
* Strong understanding of Shopify Plus ecosystem including apps, payments, checkout, ERP integrations, and third-party tools
* Hands-on Agile experience and strong Jira proficiency
* Experience working with multiple vendors and distributed teams
Preferred
* Experience with headless Shopify, Hydrogen, or custom architectures
* Familiarity with ERP, OMS, 3PL, or subscription integrations
* PMP, Agile, or Shopify certifications
* South Florida based (nice to have, not required)
* Consulting or agency-side delivery background
