Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for an experienced and relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Vancouver, BC branch. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term partnerships while driving solution-based sales within a dynamic and growing IT services environment.
This company is seeking a motivated sales professional who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering value through strategic client engagement. The Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sustainable growth in the BC market.
Responsibilities
Maintain overall accountability for customer satisfaction within an assigned territory
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
Collaborate with Microsoft field teams to grow the company's presence in the BC region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Generate and qualify net-new prospects
Manage and maintain the full sales cycle, including accurate CRM documentation
Develop a deep understanding of the company's service offerings to effectively position solutions
Drive solution-based sales for project services and successfully close opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of proven sales experience, with a focus on solution-based selling in project services
Demonstrated experience managing client accounts and building long-term partnerships
Experience acquiring net-new clients and expanding existing accounts
Strong understanding of the Microsoft and Databricks ecosystem
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader team
