We're looking for an experienced Google SEA / Google Ads specialist who can independently set up, optimize, and scale campaigns. We manage multiple accounts and want someone who thinks strategically, but is also hands-on inside the account.
This role is intended as a long-term collaboration, with clear responsibilities and performance goals focused on ROAS/CPA.
What you'll do (scope):
* Audit existing Google Ads accounts (Shopping / P-Max / Search) and identify clear improvement opportunities
* (Re)structure campaigns: naming conventions, labeling, segmentation, budget allocation
* Optimize toward ROAS/CPA, including search terms, bidding strategies, assets, and audience signals
* Performance Max: setup/improvements, product segmentation, asset groups, exclusions, leveraging insights
* Shopping: Merchant Center + feed mindset, product groups, custom labels, pricing/competitiveness
* Basic tracking checks: GA4, Google Ads conversions, enhanced conversions
* Reporting: short weekly update with actions taken, learnings, and next steps
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience with Google Ads (SEA)
* Has experience with e-commerce (Shopping / P-Max) and/or lead generation
* Is strong in account structure and data-driven optimization
* Is proactive and communicates clearly (not just "do what you're told" without advice)
* Can work independently and supports decisions with data
Nice to have:
* Strong Merchant Center expertise (feeds, disapprovals, custom labels)
* Experience with scripts / automation (optional)
* Experience with international accounts (NL/FR/UK/US)
Collaboration & compensation:
* We're looking for a long-term collaboration
* Compensation can be a fixed monthly retainer or hourly rate, depending on availability and fit
* We'll start with a short test phase to set up the collaboration properly
