This role is outbound + conversion focused — you're not closing, but you're the reason the pipeline stays full and sharp.
Responsibilities
- Monitor new lead replies across job boards, email, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects based on company fit, offer alignment, and budget
- Manage conversations with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
- Use proven message templates + personalize based on lead context
- Book qualified prospects into our GHL calendar
- Track activity and outcomes in our outreach CRM (ClickUp)
- Tag and transfer booked leads into GHL with proper source tagging
- Follow up with ghosted leads and nurture slower-moving conversations
- Coordinate with VAs who source and personalize leads
- Report weekly metrics: leads handled, calls booked, show-up rate

Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead gen (freelance or agency setting preferred)
- Excellent written English (DMs, emails, responses)
- Confident handling objections and qualifying leads
- Extremely organized — can manage 15–30 conversations at a time
- Familiarity with ClickUp, GHL, or similar CRMs (training provided)
- Understands personal branding, content creation, or the coaching/consulting space
- Self-driven, resourceful, and outcome-focused
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
