I am looking for someone who is not just a task executor. I need a creative, proactive and passionate social media manager who treats this brand like it is their own. Someone who loses sleep thinking about our next great idea, not someone who waits to be told what to do.
What you will be doing:
Managing and growing our Instagram and Threads presence with content that stops people mid scroll and makes them feel something. Writing and designing our newsletters in Klaviyo with real creativity and brand voice, not templates. Proactively reaching out to find collab opportunities, brand reps and communities that align with GETTCOZY. Bringing fresh ideas consistently without needing to be chased. Adapting quickly because I am a fast moving founder with a creative vision that evolves. That is not a flaw in the process, that is the reality of building something real and I need someone who moves with me, not against me.
You are the right fit if you:
Are genuinely creative and have a strong eye for storytelling and brand voice. Know how to write captions that sound human, warm and real and not like they came from an AI. Are self motivated and proactive and bring ideas to the table before being asked. Have experience with Klaviyo or are confident you can learn it fast. Understand that working with a small business means every post, every email and every collab matters. Can adapt to a client who is busy, creative and spontaneous without getting frustrated.
About working with me:
I am a founder who is deeply invested in this brand. I will give you creative freedom but I also have a strong vision. I need someone who can hold that vision with me, push back when they have a better idea and communicate openly. If something is not working, say so. If you have an idea, share it. That is the kind of partnership I am looking for.
