We are Hangsmart, a consumer brand focused on making TV mounting and home installation simple and fun. We want to build a branded mobile app for iOS and Android that helps customers install our mounts (toolbox + AR-style placement designer) and also shop our products. The app must feel premium and on-brand.
Core Features (MVP)
Toolbox
Stud finder / stud locating assistant (phone-sensor assisted guidance + clear safety disclaimers)
Digital level (horizontal/vertical using device sensors)
Measurement tool (basic tape measure style; AR measure preferred if feasible)
Optional: Universal TV remote (only if technically feasible with modern TVs; please propose approach)
TV placement designer: user takes a photo of the wall/area, selects TV size (or inputs dimensions), and the app shows an overlay to visualize placement and recommended height.
Customer Support Chatbot
In-app chat experience integrated with our Meta chatbot support (Instagram/Messenger/WhatsApp depending on feasibility).
We need a solution that supports bot + human handoff (support escalation).
QR Code Scanner
Scan QR on our product box to open the correct:

Parts list / "what's in the box"
Troubleshooting
Direct links to accessories in the shop
Shop
In-app shop connected to our ecommerce backend (Shopify) including product catalog, cart, checkout flow, and basic order status if possible.
Brand Experience
Strong Hangsmart branding: clean UI, confident tone, "easy install" feel.
Great onboarding + guided flows (customers must feel helped, not overwhelmed).
The developer should work with or propose a UI/UX designer if needed.
Technical Requirements
Please propose the best tech stack for speed + quality. We are open to:
React Native or Flutter for cross-platform
Native modules as needed for sensor/AR features
We expect you to use the appropriate tools/APIs, for example:
Device sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) for level
Camera/AR measurement approach if feasible (ARKit/ARCore or equivalent cross-platform solution)
QR scanning library
Shopify integration (Storefront API / mobile storefront approach)
Meta messaging integration for chatbot support (please specify which Meta channels you will support and how)
Deliverables
Clickable prototype or wireframes (Figma preferred) for approval
Working iOS + Android builds (TestFlight + Android internal testing)
Clean, documented source code in our repo (GitHub)
Setup docs: how to build, deploy, and manage content/QR destinations
Analytics setup (basic events: tool usage, scan events, add-to-cart, checkout start)
Milestones (preferred)
UI/UX + architecture plan (Figma + tech plan)
Shopify shop integration (browse, product page, cart, checkout)
QR scan → deep link to correct model pages
Toolbox v1 (level + measurement + stud assist)
TV placement designer (photo overlay + recommended height)
Chatbot integration + escalation path
Final QA + app store submission-ready package

Notes
The "stud finder" feature must be positioned correctly (assistive, with verification guidance) to avoid unsafe use.
