We are looking for an experienced MetaTrader Integration Specialist to work on a backend integration project involving MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 Manager API.
The goal of this project is to securely retrieve investor and trading account data from a broker-side MetaTrader environment and expose this data through a clean integration layer for internal systems.
This role focuses strictly on server-side / broker-side integration with MetaTrader.
This is not a trading bot, EA, or indicator development project.
What you will work on
• Analyze and work with a MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 Manager API–based environment
• Retrieve and normalize data such as: trading accounts, user identifiers, balances, equity
• Design and implement an integration layer / middleware
• Securely connect to the MetaTrader server using Manager API
• Transform proprietary data into structured formats
• Expose the data via a REST-based or service-oriented interface
• Handle authentication, error handling, logging, and retries
• Provide clear technical documentation of the integration and data flows
Data synchronization requirement: Trading account data must be synchronized on a scheduled basis.
The freelancer is encouraged to propose the most appropriate architecture and explain trade-offs.
Scope clarifications
• No UI or frontend development
• No trading strategy, EA, or indicator development
• Focused on data extraction, normalization, and backend integration
Required experience
• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5 Manager API
• Experience with broker-side MetaTrader integrations
• Strong understanding of trading account structures and balances
• Experience building backend integration services or middleware
• Backend development experience
• Experience with API authentication and secure data handling
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
