Project Overview
The podcast runs approximately 1.5–1.75 hours and is broken into 5 main segments.
You will receive:
• Full episode link
• Transcripts
• Detailed rundown
• Notes
• Thumbnail template
• Metadata examples
All materials are delivered Thursday night (midnight EST) with the expectation of completion by Monday (EST).
This is a structured workflow. The editing and design components are template-based and not complex, but attention to detail and cultural understanding are critical.

Core Responsibilities
1. Metadata Creation (Using AI + Transcripts)
• Create optimized metadata for 5 main segments
• Modify metadata for 5–6 short reels
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) efficiently
• Identify compelling hooks that resonate with a U.S. audience
• Ensure titles and descriptions reflect tone and conversation accurately
You must be able to interpret transcripts and understand what will engage the target audience.

2. Thumbnails (Template-Based)
• Create 5 thumbnails using a provided Canva template
• Replicate style consistently
• Light design adjustments only (not complex design work)
• Must understand how to visually emphasize strong talking points

3. Sub-Segment Editing ("Regular Long" Cuts)
• Identify clean start and end points within segments
• Break longer segments into 10–12 clips under 10 minutes
• Deliver:
• 16:9 versions
• 9:16 reformatted versions
• Add simple black translucent text box with white hook text to vertical clips
This requires good judgment about what moments will perform well.

4. Host Highlight Clips
• Identify 8 engaging 90-second to 3-minute clips
• Vertical (9:16) only
• Captioned
• Hook text added at top
• Metadata included
These should highlight strong opinions, humor, or provocative takes from hosts.

Approximately 10–12 hours total for the full weekend scope.
