Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Oversee property listings and manage inquiries from prospects. Review rental applications, documentation, etc.
Communication: Handle professional correspondence via email, text, and phone calls.
Screening & Scheduling: Conduct basic applicant screening and coordinate viewing appointments and follow ups.
Resident Relations: Assist with ongoing resident management and support.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records through data entry and perform other operational tasks as assigned using different types of software. Create resident notices, manage leases, etc. Assist with daily problem-solving tasks. Ability to handle and organize projects.
Requirements:
Ability to quickly learn and problem solve. Good character, motivated, hard-working
Bilingual Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule and Compensation:
Availability: Shift starts between 9-10:00 AM and concludes between 5:00-6:00 PM.
Growth: This is a full-time, permanent role, starting part time during training.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Languages: Spanish.
