Impakt Media is looking for a structured, reliable Social Media Manager to join our team.
This role is focused on organising, scheduling and publishing content across multiple client accounts using Metricool. Attention to detail, organisation and consistency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
• Use Metricool to schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Organise content calendars and ensure all posts go out accurately and on time
• Import and export CSV files for bulk scheduling
• Maintain structured posting schedules for multiple clients
• Monitor platform formatting to ensure captions, spacing and hashtags are correct
• Assist in refining and maintaining content strategies
Ideal Candidate
• Familiar with major social media platforms and how they function
• Comfortable using Metricool or similar scheduling software
• Highly organised and process driven
• Confident using ChatGPT to assist with:
– Creating content strategies
– Writing captions
– Formatting posts
– Generating and structuring CSV files for upload
• Strong written English and attention to formatting
About the Role
This is an execution focused role. You will not be required to film content. Your primary responsibility is to ensure content is organised, formatted correctly and published consistently.
We work with trades and construction companies across Australia. Understanding professional service based businesses is an advantage.
