This is not "make it look pretty" work.
This is make it convert work.
We run direct-to-consumer brands and test creatives aggressively. You'll be working from:
• Rough mockups
• Screenshot examples
• Hook angles
• Competitor references
• Basic copy structure
Your job is to transform them into:
• Polished static ads
• Strong visual hierarchy
• Clear benefit-led messaging
• Conversion-focused layouts
• Variations for testing

What You'll Be Doing
• Turning rough concepts into finished ad creatives
• Designing for direct response performance
• Creating 3–5 variations per concept
• Formatting for Meta + TikTok placements
• Improving hooks visually (not rewriting, but enhancing impact)
• Suggesting layout improvements where needed

Ideal Experience
You should:
• Have experience designing high-converting ecom ads
• Understand attention psychology (contrast, pattern interrupt, clarity)
• Know how to structure:
• Hook
• Pain
• Outcome
• CTA
• Be comfortable working fast and iterating
• Have examples of ads that have actually performed
If you've worked on pet, wellness, or consumer brands — even better.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
