We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Labeling Specialist to help us categorize and tag digital ads for tracking and performance insights.
This is a paid trial task to help us identify a long-term partner for our data analysis needs. We have a high volume of data that needs consistent, accurate labeling, and we are looking for freelancers who can provide both speed and precision.
The Task
We have attached an Excel document containing a set of ads. Your goal is to apply specific labels (tags) to these ads based on their attributes.
Reference Provided: The first row of the spreadsheet is already filled out to serve as your template and reference point. Please follow this format exactly.
Time Limit: We do not expect you to finish the entire document (810 ads total). We only want you to complete as many rows as you can within exactly 30 minutes.
Evaluation: We will review your work based on accuracy and throughput (how many rows were completed correctly in the 30-minute window).
Requirements
High Attention to Detail: Inconsistent tagging renders the data unusable for our insights.
Spreadsheet Proficiency: High comfort level with Excel or Google Sheets.
Marketing Literacy: Basic understanding of digital advertising terms is a plus.
Reliability: Ability to follow the provided reference row strictly.
Application Instructions:
Download the attached Excel file.
Set a timer for 30 minutes.
Label as many rows as possible starting from Row 2.
Upload the partially completed file with your application.
Important: Please do not bill for more than 30 minutes for this trial task.
Freelancers who demonstrate high accuracy and a strong pace will be prioritized for future, larger-scale projects.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
