BACKGROUND:
We previously worked with an agency whose performance crashed at the end of last year. We ended that relationship and are now managing in-house while we find the right person to take over properly.
WHAT WE NEED MANAGED:
- Painting & Flooring campaign: $5,000/month budget, local North Jersey, lead generation
- Roofing campaign: $5,000/month budget, local North Jersey, lead generation
- Google Search Ads (currently running, needs fixing)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) setup and management
- Conversion tracking verification and fixes
- Weekly reporting: leads generated, cost per lead, what changed and why
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience running Google Ads for local service businesses (home services, contractors, trades)
- Strong conversion tracking skills — you must be able to set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Experience managing $5,000-$10,000+/month budgets
- Clear communicator who can explain results in plain English
- Available to start with a paid audit, then move into ongoing management
