We are hiring an AI Agents Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems that automate real
business workflows across marketing, accounting, CRM, dashboards, and operations. This role
focuses on building production-ready AI agents — not prototypes — that can reason, make decisions,
call tools, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
Core Responsibilities
• Design and build AI agents using modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
• Integrate AI agents with business tools via APIs (CRMs, accounting software, dashboards, email
platforms)
• Develop multi-step workflows including memory, reasoning, and tool use
• Implement automation for lead generation, reporting, client communication, and internal operations
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Deploy systems to cloud environments and maintain production stability
Required Skills
• Strong Python development
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Experience building automation or agent-based workflows
• Understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs
• API integrations and webhooks
• Basic cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving ability
Preferred Experience
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• RAG (retrieval augmented generation) systems
• Business automation tools , Zapier, n8n)
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
