Phase 1: The Upwork Contract (Immediate Task)
Your task will be to create the core visual style and design 7-8 key screens based on our existing logic and wireframes.
Deliverables: High-fidelity UI screens in Figma.
Requirements: Systemic approach to design and a strong understanding of Android Material Design.
This phase will be a standard fixed-price contract paid through Upwork.
Phase 2: Long-Term Partnership & State Grant (The Big Picture)
We are currently based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany, and are applying for the Gründungsstipendium.NRW (a German state grant for startups). We view Phase 1 as a paid test assignment to find a long-term partner.
If we are a good match, we want to invite you to join our team as a Co-Founder to apply for this grant together (which provides approx. €1,500/month for a year).
Important criteria for Phase 2:
Location: You must currently live in NRW, Germany (or be willing to register here) to be eligible for the state grant.
Diversity: The NRW grant offers a special "Diversity+" bonus to promote female entrepreneurship and mixed-gender founder teams. Because of this specific government funding structure, we highly encourage female designers based in NRW to apply.
Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in Mobile App UI/UX.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile applications.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
