Scope of Work:
You will define a cohesive visual and experiential language for the platform,
including:
Core Member Experience:
- Refined sign-up and authentication flows
- Member profiles and account environments
- Plan and activity views
- A welcoming, intuitive home experience that orients members instantly
A central pillar of the platform is a high-trust, in-app support system.
You will design:
- A discreet, chat-style support interface
- Seamless transitions from automated assistance to human support
- A tone that feels respectful, calm, and aligned with a sophisticated brand
Administrative Interfaces.
Design simple interfaces for:
- Viewing and managing members
- Responding to support messages
- Sending service communications
What Matters Most:
- Exceptional visual judgment and restraint
- Ability to design for trust, privacy, and emotional comfort
- Confident creative direction and clear thinking
- Experience designing premium digital products for paying members
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
