1. Website Revamp Support
-Implement new page designs in Webflow based on Figma (or structured wireframes)
-Improve layout hierarchy, spacing, responsiveness, and UX
-Refactor existing components for consistency and scalability
-Optimize site structure for performance and SEO best practices
-Ensure mobile responsiveness across breakpoints
-Clean up legacy styles, unused classes, and inconsistent components
2. CMS & Content Infrastructure
-Build and/or optimize CMS collections (e.g., blog, conferences, resources, case studies)
-Create flexible CMS templates that allow our team to easily publish new content
-Ensure dynamic content is structured for long-term scalability
-Implement tagging/filtering systems where relevant
-Support SEO implementation (meta titles/descriptions, schema where needed)
3. New Page Builds (Ongoing)
-Conference landing pages
-Blog templates and article pages
-Campaign-specific landing pages
-Product or feature pages
-Resource library pages
We expect ongoing page builds after the initial revamp phase.
Deliverables
-Clean, organized Webflow project with reusable components
-Consistent design system implementation (classes, naming conventions, symbols/components)
-Fully responsive builds
-CMS structures that are intuitive for non-technical team members
-On-page SEO best practices implemented
-Documentation or short Loom walkthroughs explaining any new CMS structures
Expectations -Technical
-Advanced Webflow experience (please share examples)
-Strong understanding of CMS architecture in Webflow
-Clean class structure and scalable styling system
-Ability to work within an existing design system (or help improve one)
-Performance optimization mindset
-Collaboration
-Ability to work async and communicate clearly
-Proactive in flagging UX, layout, or performance improvements
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Comfortable receiving structured feedback
-Ability to turn around small page builds relatively quickly (especially for conference deadlines)
Nice to Have
Phase 1 (Revamp implementation): ~4–8 weeks depending on scope
Ongoing support: Continuous monthly work for new pages and optimizations
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
