We're looking for a driven SDR to generate new retailer partnerships and move leads to their first order. Once the first order is placed, the account is handed off to an Account Manager for long-term relationship management.
This role is focused strictly on new business activation.
Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Efforts
- Cold call independent jewelry retailers
- Prospect and build new pipeline
- Introduce our services and generate interest
2. Inbound Sales
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads
- Qualify prospects and guide them toward placing their first order
3. Pipeline Management
- Track activity in CRM
- Maintain organized follow-ups
- Coordinate smooth handoff to Account Managers after first order
Ideal Candidate Has
- Friendly approach to relationship building
- 4+ years B2B sales or SDR experience
- Confidence with cold calling
- Strong phone communication skills
- Organized and process-driven
- CRM experience required
- Jewelry industry experience is a plus.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
