We are a distributed team of experienced developers working on international projects. Due to an increasing number of client inquiries and a busy delivery schedule, we are looking for an Expert Full Stack Developer to join us in a part-time, fully remote capacity.
This role is ideal for a senior developer who enjoys client communication, technical discussions, and helping win projects through strong technical leadership.
Role Overview
As a Client-Facing Full Stack Expert, you will:
* Join technical discovery calls and interviews with potential clients
* Understand project requirements and propose technical solutions
* Design high-level architecture and implementation approaches
* Collaborate with our internal team to align scope and estimates
* Help convert opportunities into successful projects
Our core team will handle development and execution. Your primary focus will be technical communication, solution design, and helping secure projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead and participate in client interviews and technical discussions
* Translate business requirements into clear technical strategies
* Prepare high-level architecture and stack recommendations
* Work closely with our team to finalize scope and feasibility
* Build client confidence through clear and professional communication
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
* Strong expertise in one or more backend stacks:
* .NET
* Python
*
* Java
* Frontend experience with:
* React
* Vue
* Angular
*
* Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Strong spoken English and confident video presence
* Experience in client-facing or pre-sales technical roles is a big plus
