The Role:

Working in StickerYou Inc.'s Customer Care team, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for increasing and driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by answering customers' inquiries at an increasing volume. This role requires a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, a great team player, and proactive in providing great assistance to our customers. 
Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Support

  • Respond to inbound leads and support requests via email in a timely manner applying outstanding customer service practices and excellent business email etiquette.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements.
  • Utilize product knowledge (we'll teach you) to recommend custom sticker solutions to consumer and business customers and upsell by asking relevant questions to understand customer needs.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Assist customers facing difficulties at any stage of the sales process on the site.
  • Enter customer data accurately into Salesforce to track orders and leads.
  • Utilize predefined response templates for common customer issues to improve efficiency.
  • Identify market/customer potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Participate in product testing.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and account reactions.
  • Contribute new product and service recommendations based on customer experience with current product results and areas where customers' needs are not being filled.
  • Support marketing and organizational missions by completing related tasks as required.
  • Fulfill other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) with the flexibility to work other shift times. 
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Ability and interest to learn about our product solutions and probe for essential customer needs.
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative solutions based on our products.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and process orders.
  • Good analytical, creative, and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented while being supportive of fellow team members.
