Looking for flexible work that fits your schedule? Our home health agency is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, in-home care to patients on an as-needed basis.
We offer a set rate of *$500 per day* to complete an estimated *4–5 OT visits per week*. Most therapists choose to knock these out in *one dedicated day*, but if needed, you can *spread the visits throughout the week* to fit your schedule and patient availability.
*Guaranteed Pay:* This is a *flat-rate commitment*—you’ll receive the *full $500* even if the weekly schedule comes in at fewer than 4–5 visits.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct home-based OT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
* Deliver skilled therapy to help patients improve safety, independence, and quality of life.
* Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, equipment, and modifications.
* Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
* Complete timely and compliant documentation using our user-friendly EMR.

What We’re Looking For
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Michigan.
* Experience in home health preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
* Excellent communication and clinical skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
* Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.
