We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and medication management. In this vital role, you will oversee the preparation, dispensing, and proper use of medications, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory standards. Your expertise will support clinical decision-making, patient education, and medication therapy optimization across diverse healthcare settings. *Responsibilities*
* Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software and electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to physician orders and safety protocols
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy, considering medical history, physiology knowledge, and current health status
* Provide expert consultation on medication management, including drug interactions, contraindications, and side effects to healthcare providers and patients
* Administer immunizations and oversee medication administration procedures in compliance with medical terminology and hospital protocols
* Manage inventory levels of pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances, ensuring proper storage, documentation, and regulatory compliance under HIPAA guidelines
* Assist pharmacy technicians with workflow coordination, medication preparation, and maintaining accurate records of all pharmaceutical activities
*Experience*
* Retail pharmacy experience preferred
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times

Pay: $60.46 - $66.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
