We are a growing cross-border remittance business operating across multiple currency corridors. Until now, we have been managing our financial data in Google Sheets, but we are scaling and need a proper ERP system to handle our operations professionally.

What We Need
We are looking for an experienced ERP consultant or developer to recommend, set up, and configure an ERP solution that meets the following requirements:
1. Multi-Currency Accounting
We operate across multiple currency corridors (including USD, NGN, and CAD among others). The system must support multi-currency transactions and allow us to pull reports in any currency — for example, viewing Nigerian operations in USD or in Naira, depending on what is needed at any point in time.
2. Google Sheets Data Migration
All our 2025 transaction history currently lives in Google Sheets. The solution must include a clean migration of this data into the new ERP, with data integrity verified post-import.
3. Chart of Accounts & Daily Transaction Classification
Proper classification of accounts for daily transactions — including customers, suppliers, sales, and expenses — such that Trial Balances and other standard financial statements can be generated at ease and at any point in time.
4. Customer & Supplier Management
The system must support input and management of customer and supplier records, including the ability to generate:
- Customer and supplier profiles
- Transaction histories per customer/supplier
- Invoices (sales and purchase)
- Receivables and payables per customer/supplier as at any date
- Associated journal entries per record
5. Reporting
Robust reporting capability including:
- Trial Balance
- General Ledger
- Receivables & Payables reports
- Tax/VAT reports per jurisdiction/corridor
- Reconciliation reports suitable for auditors
- All reports filterable by currency, corridor, time period, and entity
6. Cloud-Based & Remotely Accessible
The solution must be cloud-hosted and accessible from anywhere, for both day-to-day use and remote support. We do not want an on-premise solution.
7. User Access & Permissions
Different access levels for finance/accounting staff vs administrative users. Sensitive data must be protected with proper role-based access control.

What We Are NOT Looking For
- Overpriced legacy enterprise software
- Solutions that require expensive per-user licensing at scale
- One-size-fits-all setups — we need something configured for our specific operational structure
We are open to your recommendation on the best ERP platform for our needs. Please include your suggested solution and why it fits our requirements in your proposal.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
