Our team spends too much time pulling reports from different software tools and manually
entering data into spreadsheets. Your job is to automate this end-to-end, so it runs cleanly,
reliably, and with minimal maintenance.
This is a 1099 Contractor position with strong potential for ongoing work if you deliver.
What You'll Do
• Automate report extraction from software platforms (dashboards, CRMs, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Push, clean, and organize data into Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Build workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, or light scripting
• Reduce manual work, errors, and reporting delays
• Document workflows and provide a simple handoff
Required Experience
• Demonstrated experience building real-world automation workflows
• Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
• Comfortable working with APIs
• Ability to think through edge cases and failures
• Clear communicator who explains solutions simply
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
• Python or JavaScript for custom automations
• RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Google Workspace automations
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: API, Workflow Automation, Zapier, , Python, JavaScript, Google Workspace
