This is NOT just a social media posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, paid ads, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities:
You will:
Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest (and possibly TikTok)
Create and/or direct ad creatives (images, videos, reels)
Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, and conversion data
Suggest landing page improvements for higher conversions
Support email marketing flows (abandoned cart, welcome, upsell)

You should be comfortable discussing:
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
AOV (Average Order Value)
CTR (Click Through Rate)
Conversion Rate
If your focus is only followers and likes, this is not the right role.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Shopify stores
Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Experience with Google Shopping Ads (preferred)
Ability to create or guide ad creatives (reels, short-form video, static ads)
Understanding of pixel setup & tracking
Analytical mindset and testing approach

A brief 30-day strategy you would implement if starting from zero sales

We prefer starting with a 2–3 week paid trial project before moving to a long-term monthly retainer.
